Returns Policy

Free downloads cannot be “returned.” You can recreate and re-download a card anytime at no cost.

Personalized physical cards

Plastic cards are made to order with your chosen allergen, language, and optional name. Because they are personalized, we generally cannot accept returns for change-of-mind after printing.

Defects and errors on our side

If a card arrives damaged, or we printed the wrong configuration due to our mistake, contact us with photos and your order details. We will make it right with a reprint or refund where appropriate.

Customer mistakes

If you notice a wrong allergen or language right after checkout, contact us immediately. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
