Free cards
You may download and print cards for personal use. Code is MIT-licensed; card text indata/ is CC BY-SA 4.0. Unverified translations may contain errors. Always carry prescribed emergency medication and confirm ingredients when you can.
Physical orders
Paid plastic cards are optional. You pay for printing, materials, shipping, and keeping the free project running - not for locking translations behind a paywall. Production starts after successful payment.
No guarantees of medical outcome
We cannot guarantee that restaurant staff will read, understand, or follow the card. The card helps communication; it does not replace medical care, training, or emergency plans.
Changes
We may update these terms as the project grows. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
