Shipping Policy

Free digital allergy cards do not ship - you download or print them instantly. This policy covers optional physical plastic cards ordered through checkout.

Where we ship

We ship to countries enabled in Stripe Checkout. If your country is not listed, you can still use the free cards online and at home.

Timing

Production and delivery depend on our print partner and destination. After you order, we confirm timelines by email. We do not promise same-day shipping or use fake countdown timers.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect packages after they leave the printer if the address was entered incorrectly.
